Fuel Voucher verification

For Canterbury Food Bank to issue your fuel voucher, we need to verify your current address and ID.

Two forms of ID are required, one being photo ID. If you do not have a photo ID, then two proofs of address must be provided (no screenshots will be accepted).

Photo ID accepted includes:

Passport
Driving lLicense
PASS cards
Travel & concession passes
Official government/Militarycards

Documents accepted for proof of address include:

Council Tax bill
Utilities bill (gas/electricity/water)
Doctor’s letter
Bank statement
Driving license
DWP letter

The proof of address must contain the following details to be considered valid:

Your name
Your address
Dated within the last 3 months

We only need to see the letter header, name, address and date of letter. Sensitive information may be hidden. Once we have confirmed your ID the documents will be destroyed. No file copies of documents will be held.
