I give my consent for Canterbury Food Bank to contact the referral agency to discuss my circumstances, and I give my consent for my data to be held in a database:
• To enable food parcel control and, • for the production of statistical reports, which I understand, will NOT contain my personal identification details
If a client is residing with friends or wider family, these are not classed as dependents and should not be shown on the voucher.
There are no quotas for the number of parcels you can request per client. We may at some point call you to ensure the necessary support is in place.
